MENd Together offers one-to-one coaching specifically for adult men who are survivors of childhood sexual abuse and addiction as a coping strategy.
This coaching provides focused, personal support for men who are navigating the long-term impacts of abuse, including trauma, shame, identity, relationships, trust, emotional regulation, and life transitions.
This is not therapy, but it is deep, reflective, and supportive work. Coaching is tailored to the individual and grounded in safety, choice, and respect. Sessions focus on helping men make sense of their experiences, reconnect with themselves and their bodies, build healthier patterns, and develop practical tools for everyday life.
Coaching offers a confidential space where men do not need to explain, minimise, or justify their past. It is suitable for those who may feel stuck, disconnected, or ready to take intentional steps toward healing and rebuilding their lives at their own pace
Designed for adult male survivors of childhood sexual abuse who are ready to reconnect with themselves and create meaningful change.
MENd Together is a community of men created with the sole aim of offering opportunity for healing, brotherhood. No brother is left behind.
Our one-to-one coaching supports adult men who are survivors of childhood sexual abuse to develop deeper self-awareness, rebuild trust in themselves, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Coaching focuses on helping men understand how past experiences continue to shape their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviour in the present.
This approach is practical, reflective, and empowering — supporting men not just to cope, but to build a life that feels safer, more connected, and more aligned with who they want to be.
Our coaching sessions are designed to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings around what happened to you. By starting the letting go process, you can begin building the life that you deserve.
One-to-one coaching is delivered online on a weekly basis over a 12-week period and follows a structured programme designed by MENd Together, but tailored to your needs and informed by lived experience of recovery from childhood sexual abuse.
The programme offers consistent, focused support while allowing space to work at an individual pace. Sessions build progressively, supporting reflection, integration between sessions, and meaningful personal change within a safe, confidential one-to-one setting.
Participants engaging in one-to-one coaching are also encouraged to attend the MENd Together peer support group alongside their coaching. The group provides an additional layer of support, offering safe connection with other men who share similar experiences. Coaching and peer support are designed to complement one another, supporting both personal reflection and a sense of belonging, while participation in the peer group remains voluntary and guided by individual readiness.
