You don't need a diagnosis. You just need to not be alone with it anymore.
Dartford men live at the edge of Kent and the edge of London, and a lot of them carry the pressure of both. MENd Together is a grounded, trauma-informed place for men in Dartford who want to stop holding it all alone.
If you live in DA1 or DA2, around Stone, Greenhithe, Wilmington or Bean, the Canterbury circle is a long drive east. You're welcome to make the trip, but a free 1:1 Welcome Call is an easier first step.
MENd offers trauma support for men in Kent and steady peer support for men living with the effects of trauma, addiction, numbness, anger or shame. It's peer support, not therapy.
