Deal and Sandwich are small towns that look gentle from the outside, and a lot of the men here carry stories that have stayed quiet for years. MENd Together is here for the men of Deal, Sandwich and the surrounding villages who want a grounded, trauma-informed place to land.
If you live in CT13 or CT14, along the seafront, in Walmer, Kingsdown, Ash or Eastry, the Canterbury circle is within reach. If you'd rather start from home, a free 1:1 Welcome Call is an easy first step.
MENd offers trauma support for men in Kent and steady peer support for men living with the effects of trauma, addiction, numbness, anger or shame. It's peer support, not therapy.
