You don't need a diagnosis. You just need to not be alone with it anymore.
Men in Dover often hold a lot quietly. Industries change, families change, and what you're carrying inside can feel like the one thing that never moves. MENd Together is a grounded place to put it down, confidential, trauma-informed, led by men with lived experience.
If you live in CT15, CT16 or CT17, from the town centre, Whitfield, River and Kearsney across to Deal and Sandwich, the Canterbury circle is a straightforward drive up the A2. If travel isn't right for you, a free 1:1 Welcome Call is an easy first step.
MENd offers trauma support for men in Kent and steady peer support for men living with the effects of trauma, addiction, numbness, anger or shame. It's peer support, not therapy.
