You don't need a diagnosis. You just need to not be alone with it anymore.
East Kent has a real gap when it comes to grounded, non-clinical support for men. MENd Together fills part of that gap, a monthly men's circle and online peer support for male survivors, all from a base in the heart of East Kent.
Our groups meet just outside Canterbury, so men from Canterbury, Whitstable, Herne Bay, Faversham, Ashford, Folkestone, Dover, Deal, Sandwich, Thanet and the surrounding villages are within reach of in-person support. Online peer support for male survivors is open to men anywhere in the UK.
MENd offers trauma support for men in Kent and steady peer support for men living with the effects of trauma, addiction, numbness, anger or shame. It's peer support, not therapy.
