You don't need a diagnosis. You just need to not be alone with it anymore.
Gravesend is a town with depth, history and a lot of men quietly carrying things they've never said out loud. MENd Together is here for the men of Gravesend who'd like a calm, confidential place to start.
If you live in DA11 or DA12, around Northfleet, Riverview Park, Istead Rise or out toward Meopham, the Canterbury circle is a long drive east. You're welcome to make the trip, but a free 1:1 Welcome Call is an easier first step.
MENd offers trauma support for men in Kent and steady peer support for men living with the effects of trauma, addiction, numbness, anger or shame. It's peer support, not therapy.
