    You're in the right place

You don't need a diagnosis. You just need to not be alone with it anymore.

If you're a man in Herne Bay carrying something heavy, old trauma, addiction recovery, anxiety that won't ease, the kind of loneliness that doesn't show on the outside | MENd Together is here. Calm, confidential, no referral needed.

If you live in CT6, from the seafront and Beltinge through to Greenhill and Studd Hill, the Canterbury circle is a short drive away. If travel isn't right for you, a free 1:1 Welcome Call is an easy first step.

MENd offers trauma support for men in Kent and steady peer support for men living with the effects of trauma, addiction, numbness, anger or shame. It's peer support, not therapy.
