You don't need a diagnosis. You just need to not be alone with it anymore.
Maidstone is the county town, but for the men living and working here it can feel like a place where everyone's busy and nobody's actually talking. MENd Together is a calm, grounded place for men in Maidstone to start putting words to what's been going on inside.
If you live in ME14, ME15, ME16 or the villages around them, like Bearsted, Loose, Boxley, Allington or out toward Leeds and Headcorn, the Canterbury circle is about an hour's drive east. If you'd rather start without travelling, a free 1:1 Welcome Call is an easy first step.
MENd offers trauma support for men in Kent and steady peer support for men living with the effects of trauma, addiction, numbness, anger or shame. It's peer support, not therapy.
