    You're in the right place

You don't need a diagnosis. You just need to not be alone with it anymore.

Medway, Chatham, Gillingham, Rochester, Strood, is a part of Kent that often gets overlooked in mental-health conversations, and the men here can carry a lot in silence. MENd Together is here for men across the Medway towns who want something calm, confidential and led by men with lived experience.

If you live in ME1 to ME7, around Walderslade, Rainham or Hempstead, the Canterbury circle is about an hour away down the M2. If you'd rather start from home, a free 1:1 Welcome Call is an easy first step.

MENd offers trauma support for men in Kent and steady peer support for men living with the effects of trauma, addiction, numbness, anger or shame. It's peer support, not therapy.
