    You're in the right place

You don't need a diagnosis. You just need to not be alone with it anymore.

Sevenoaks is a commuter town with the polish you'd expect, and underneath it, the same patterns we see in every Kent town: men working hard, holding too much, and not quite knowing where to put it. MENd Together is here for the men of Sevenoaks who want something honest.

If you live in TN13, TN14 or TN15, around Riverhead, Otford, Kemsing, Westerham or out toward Edenbridge, the Canterbury circle is a long drive east. You're welcome to make the trip, but a free 1:1 Welcome Call is an easier first step.

MENd offers trauma support for men in Kent and steady peer support for men living with the effects of trauma, addiction, numbness, anger or shame. It's peer support, not therapy.
