You don't need a diagnosis. You just need to not be alone with it anymore.
Thanet, Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, is a place of contrasts. Bright tourism, real hardship, and a lot of men quietly carrying things they've never spoken about. MENd Together is here for the men of Thanet who want something honest, trauma-informed, and grounded.
If you live in CT9, CT10, CT11 or CT12 (Margate, Cliftonville, Westwood, Westgate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Minster or Birchington), the Canterbury circle is within reach. If the journey is too much, a free 1:1 Welcome Call is an easy first step.
MENd offers trauma support for men in Kent and steady peer support for men living with the effects of trauma, addiction, numbness, anger or shame. It's peer support, not therapy.
