You don't need a diagnosis. You just need to not be alone with it anymore.
Tunbridge Wells looks like the kind of place where nobody struggles, and that can make the struggling lonelier. MENd Together is here for the men of Tunbridge Wells who are tired of pretending everything's fine, and who want a calm, judgement-free place to be honest.
If you live in TN1, TN2, TN3 or TN4, around the Pantiles, Rusthall, Southborough or Langton Green, the Canterbury circle is a long drive east. You're welcome to make the trip, but a free 1:1 Welcome Call is an easier first step.
MENd offers trauma support for men in Kent and steady peer support for men living with the effects of trauma, addiction, numbness, anger or shame. It's peer support, not therapy.
