    You're in the right place

You don't need a diagnosis. You just need to not be alone with it anymore.

Whitstable can look like the kind of place where everyone's doing fine. The harbour, the oysters, the weekenders. But men here struggle with the same things men anywhere do, childhood trauma, addiction, burnout, the slow drift into numbness. MENd Together offers a calm, grounded place to put it down for a while.

If you live in CT5, Tankerton, Seasalter, Swalecliffe or Chestfield, the Canterbury circle is a short drive away. If travel isn't right for you, a free 1:1 Welcome Call is an easy first step.

MENd offers trauma support for men in Kent and steady peer support for men living with the effects of trauma, addiction, numbness, anger or shame. It's peer support, not therapy.
