Men gathered around a fire

    For Facilitators & Coaches

Hold space for men. Get paid fairly. Be part of something bigger.

MENd Together is building a UK-wide network of trauma-aware facilitators, coaches, and circle leaders. If you have the skills, the lived experience and the steadiness — we want to hear from you.

    Who we're looking for

We're not a generic coaching directory. MENDTOGETHER CIC works with men carrying childhood trauma, addiction recovery, fatherhood pressure, grief, and suicidal ideation. Our facilitators are trauma-aware, regulated, and grounded.

    Trauma-aware practitioners

Therapists, counsellors, somatic practitioners or trained peer-support workers with verifiable training.

    Men's circle facilitators

Experience holding circles, sweat lodges, rites-of-passage work, or peer-support groups for men.

    Recovery & addiction coaches

Certified coaches working with men in recovery from alcohol, drugs, behavioural addictions or post-rehab.

    Lived-experience leaders

Men with lived experience of trauma, recovery or fatherhood who have done their own work and now hold space for others.
