    • Open to all men
    • Free — donations welcome, never required

First time? You're welcome — no experience needed, and you're free to just listen.

Whether you're here for community, connection, friendship or steady support through a difficult chapter — you can move through this site at your own pace. Nothing here asks you to share before you're ready.

    A moment to come back

    Ground yourself, gently

Grounding can help when thoughts are racing, feelings are intense, or you feel far away from the present moment. This short practice uses your senses to help you notice where you are, without asking you to explain anything.

Keep your eyes open if that feels safer. You can pause or stop at any point. There is no right way to feel when you finish.

Grounding is not therapy or emergency support. If you are in immediate danger, use our urgent help page.

    Five senses practice

    Take two quiet minutes

You will be guided through five simple things to notice. Nothing is timed, and nothing is recorded. Move on whenever you are ready.

    Recovery. Connection. Growth.
