Your digital companion for connection, reflection, support and personal growth, supporting men between groups, between events and between life's challenges.
How it's being built
The Recovery Hub is coming soon. We're building it with support from the School for Social Entrepreneurs (SSE), using part of our SSE funding, alongside the mentoring we're receiving through the programme, to design and develop the platform properly. Member sign-in will open here when the Hub launches.
What is the Recovery Hub?
The Recovery Hub is there when the group has finished, when the workshop has ended, when life gets difficult between sessions, and when a man wants ongoing support and connection. It is community, reflection, learning, resources and live sessions, in one calm digital home.

The programmes
Each week has a short Part 1 and a guided Part 2 that teaches one practical tool, drawn from recognised approaches such as CBT, motivational interviewing, DBT, ACT and compassion-focused work. About 60 to 90 minutes a week, at your own pace. Peer-led learning, not therapy.
For men living with the effects of trauma: steadying the body, understanding reactions and building safety, without going back into memories.
For drinking, drugs, gambling or other habits that have taken hold: understanding what it does for you, riding urges and building a life that competes. Works alongside your GP or local service.
For male survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Our highest-care programme: steadiness, shame, trust and reconnection. You never have to tell your story.
For men recovering from a controlling, coercive or violent relationship: safety first, then naming what happened and rebuilding.
For men who feel numb, flat or cut off from themselves: noticing, self-compassion, sleep, feelings and finding your ground again.
For men asking "who am I, underneath it all?": values, meaning, direction and trying out who you want to be.
For men coming back to life after a hard season: connection, meaning, energy and joy, a week at a time.
For men who've lived in their heads or behind armour: safe, gentle reconnection with the body. Not a fitness plan.
The courses
Each session is 20 to 30 minutes, and your progress is saved in between. You never have to share your story, and you can stop at any point.
Anxiety, met differently
Understand anxiety as an alarm, test its predictions, and take back what it's taken, one step at a time.
Too much, all at once
When feelings hit too hard to think: fast body skills to bring it down, and how to step in earlier next time.
Frozen, numb, far away
For feeling flat or far away: gently bringing feeling back, and getting life moving again.
Bottled up
For men who keep it all in: finding the words for what you feel, and letting one person in.
When the engine starts knocking
For running on empty: rest that actually restores, and changing the work, not just yourself.
The voice in your head
Step back from a harsh inner critic, and build a voice that's on your side.
Never good enough
Loosen perfectionism: spread your worth beyond results, and learn when good enough is enough.
The weight you've carried
Understand shame, catch it as it lands, and take small steps towards being seen.
The floor underneath
Build a sense of worth that doesn't depend on performance, and be kinder to yourself in hard moments.
Quiet confidence
Build real self-belief from small wins, and act on what matters before you feel ready.
The cost of being agreeable
For always saying yes: pausing before you agree, and surviving someone's disappointment.
What wasn't there
For men whose feelings weren't noticed growing up: knowing what you need, and asking for it.
Trauma, explained plainly
What trauma does to the body and mind, how to handle triggers, and what treatment involves. No need to share what happened.
Why you can't just stop
Why habits take hold, your own reasons for change, and building a life the habit can't compete with.
Slips, lapses and starting again
How lapses build, the small decisions that set them up, and a written plan for when things wobble.
Why change feels so hard
Where you are with change, the step that fits, and how to make new habits stick.
When someone you love drinks or uses
For men supporting someone with a drinking, drug or gambling problem: looking after yourself, and an approach that gives families the best chance of helping.
What your anger is asking for
Understand your anger, find what's under it, and repair after a blow-up.
Boundaries that hold
Say no and ask for what you need, clearly and calmly, and hold steady when people push back.
The patterns you bring into the room
Break the cycles in your relationship, start hard conversations gently, and be there for each other.
Letting people close
For when trust was broken early: how trust is built, and staying steady when the old fear kicks in.
The room nobody knows you're in
Understand loneliness, check the lens it puts on, and build friendship by showing up.
The father you choose to be
Be the dad you want to be: helping kids with big feelings, and ten minutes a day that matter.
The body, desire, and what got tangled
When pressure, worry or the past have got tangled up with intimacy: getting out of your head, and talking about it.
Grief, allowed
Grieve in your own way, move between grief and life, and carry the person with you.
The man underneath the roles
Who you are beyond your roles: your strengths, and small experiments in being yourself.
The quiet direction underneath
Find meaning in everyday life, picture a good future, and take the first step towards it.
