Why movement
A different way in, for people who don't want another talk
Plenty of people, men and boys especially, find it hard to sit in a circle and talk about how they're feeling. Movement offers another way in.
Stress, pressure and difficult experiences often show up in the body as tension, tiredness or feeling constantly on edge. A guided session gives people time to notice that, breathe, and settle, without having to explain anything to anyone.
People leave with a few simple practices they can use again on their own: before a shift, a meeting, an exam, or a difficult conversation.
