    Not currently running

This group isn't currently running, there are no sessions scheduled at the moment.

See what else is on or get in touch and we'll let you know if it returns.

    This isn't a fitness class.
    It's not traditional therapy.

This is a space to come back into your body, without pressure, without performance, and at your own pace.

Most people feel unsure before they come. That's normal. You don't have to get it right. Just come as you are.

    You don't have to speak.

    You won't be judged.

Some men just sit and listen.

You can take this at your own pace.

    About the programme

    The body doesn't forget

This is a collaboration between MENd Together and Heal A Generation, combining lived experience, trauma-informed practice, and body-based healing.

Many of us have learned to push things down, to hold it together. But the body doesn't forget. Stress, trauma, and unspoken emotion often show up as tension, fatigue, anxiety, or disconnection.

Healing Through Movement creates a safe space where that can begin to shift, gently, and at your own pace.

    What to expect

    A held, gentle space

    Gentle, accessible movement

No experience needed. Every movement is optional and offered at your pace.

    Breathwork

Simple practices to help your nervous system settle and your body feel safer.

    Grounding & stillness

Quiet space to land, notice, and let things slow down without forcing it.

    Optional sharing

Speak only if you want to. Silence is welcome and respected.

No pressure. No expectations. You are always in control of your own pace.
