How we keep the men in your care safe.

A professional-facing summary of our safeguarding framework, written to help referrers, partners and commissioners feel confident in our practice.

    Safeguarding approach

Written safeguarding policy, designated lead, DBS-checked facilitators and trauma-informed practice across every touchpoint.

    Confidentiality

What is shared in our spaces stays in our spaces, with clear, named limits where safeguarding or legal duty requires disclosure.

    Professional boundaries

We are a peer-support service, not therapy. Facilitators work within clear scope and refer on where appropriate.

    Complaints process

A straightforward route to raise a concern, escalate if needed and receive a written response.

    GDPR summary

Lawful basis, minimum data, secure storage, named retention periods and clear subject-access rights.
