Safeguarding & support pathways

Holding men with care, and pointing toward the right kind of support.

This page exists so every man who arrives here knows what we offer, what we don't, and where to turn if MENd Together isn't the right fit for this moment.

    What MENd Together is

    • · A grounded space for men seeking healing and connection.
    • · Men's circles and peer-led groups.
    • · Trauma-informed and lived-experience led.
    • · Welcoming to men in recovery and with addiction history.
    • · Held by people who understand the weight you may be carrying.

    What MENd Together is not

    • · A crisis intervention or emergency mental health service.
    • · A suicide response service.
    • · A detox programme or substitute for medical addiction treatment.
    • · A clinical or psychiatric service.
    • · Suitable for men attending sessions while intoxicated.

None of this is rejection. It's about making sure the support you receive actually fits the moment you're in.

We only count what we can verify. No invented testimonials, no growth-chart vanity numbers. When men share their words with consent, they show up here.
