A MENd Together flagship programme

    The Foundation Series

Part One, From Survival to Stability

A 6 week trauma-informed recovery programme for men who are tired of surviving and ready to begin rebuilding.

This is not about shame, punishment, or pretending everything is fine. It's about understanding what happened to you, why you adapted the way you did, and learning how to reconnect with yourself safely.

"You are not broken. You adapted to survive."

    Programme overview

    6 Weeks. One Foundation.

A slow, deliberate path. Each week builds on the last, no rushing, no performance.

    1

We begin gently, understanding addiction and self-destructive patterns as survival strategies, not character flaws. The first step is permission to pause.

    What changes

The outcomes men tell us about

Not a fix. Not a finish line. A real shift in how it feels to be inside your own life.

    A steadier nervous system

Practical regulation tools so the body stops bracing for impact and starts feeling safer at rest.

    Language for what happened

A trauma-informed framework that names the patterns without pathologising the man inside them.

    Connection with other men

An honest brotherhood — witnessed, not fixed — that lasts beyond the six weeks.

A direction, not a finish line

Clarity on the next steps in your recovery, and the scaffolding to keep walking them.

    Held inside the Recovery Hub

A private space to land between sessions

Every man on the Foundation Series gets a free Recovery Hub account — a private, trauma-informed space for reflections, gentle next steps, and continuity between weekly sessions. After the six weeks, many men step into the weekly Online Peer Support Group to keep the connection going.
