Partnership pack
Men's wellbeing at work: our partnership offer in one page.
A short overview you can read now, print, or save as a PDF to share with colleagues. Nothing here is a fixed package or a quote. Every partnership is designed with you, around your workforce, your sites and the pressures your people actually carry.
Our mission
MENd Together is a Kent-based Community Interest Company supporting men's mental health and recovery. We exist because men tend to reach help late, often after pressure has already cost them their sleep, their relationships or their work. We offer earlier, human, male-focused support: coaching, peer groups, facilitated circles and practical navigation into the right services.
Corporate partnerships do two things at once. They give the men in your workforce trusted, confidential support, and they fund free and low-cost community provision for men who could never afford to pay. Every surplus goes back into support for men.
What we offer
Individual support
Confidential one-to-one sessions for eligible male employees, available long before crisis, with a regular drop-in day as an informal first step.
Men's circles
Facilitated group sessions that build trust through repeated contact: stress, identity, relationships, fatherhood, isolation, recovery and wellbeing.
Leadership and culture
Confidential coaching for senior male managers on communication, pressure, difficult decisions and building a workplace where men speak early.
Digital access
A discreet, mobile-friendly route into support, tools and urgent information between sessions, co-branded to your organisation.
Practical wellbeing workshops run through the year, and a weekend retreat can be added for a small group where there is demand, subject to venue and capacity.
Partnership levels
These are illustrations of how a partnership can look, not a price list. Investment and scope are agreed in conversation, built around workforce size, sites and shift patterns.
Community Partner
A steady, light-touch presence: one-to-one sessions, a monthly circle, leadership coaching and two workshops a year, with an annual anonymised impact report.
Strategic Partner
A fuller programme: more sessions per man, twice-monthly circles, a monthly drop-in day, four workshops, a dedicated digital offer and reporting twice a year.
Impact Partner
Our deepest offer: extended one-to-one support, targeted groups, responsive site visits, six workshops, an enhanced digital offer and quarterly reporting.
Confidentiality and scope
Taking part is always voluntary. Conversations stay confidential except where safeguarding, serious risk or legal duties require action, and those limits are explained to everyone who takes part. Employers never see individual sessions, bookings or notes. Reporting is anonymised and aggregated with agreed minimum thresholds.
MENd Together provides coaching, peer support, facilitated groups and navigation. We are not an emergency, medical or statutory mental health service and do not replace clinical care. Safeguarding, referral and escalation procedures are agreed before delivery begins.
The first twelve months
- Month 1: Set up and launch: access, safeguarding, communications, baseline measures and the delivery calendar.
- Months 2 to 3: Build trust: one-to-one support, drop-in days, circles, first leadership coaching and first workshop.
- Months 4 to 6: Embed: continue delivery, watch engagement, adjust communications, six-month learning review.
- Months 7 to 9: Deepen: refine the digital and resource offer, continue leadership work, build network introductions.
- Months 10 to 12: Sustain: evaluate outcomes, share the annual impact report, agree recommendations for year two.
Starting a conversation
The first step is a short, no-obligation call of twenty to thirty minutes. Tell us about your workforce and what you would like to change, and we will come back to you within two working days.
