Hub
A quiet place to find the right next thing — a prompt, a guide, a video, a word.
Why we made this hub
Most self-help material for men reads like a to-do list. This hub is deliberately not that. It's a small, quiet room of prompts, guides and short films you can walk into on a hard evening and walk out of five minutes later with slightly less pressure in your chest.
Every resource here has been written or reviewed by trauma-informed men who work face-to-face with men in Canterbury and across the UK. The tone is honest, not clinical. The pace is yours.
If you don't know where to start, open a Journal Guide and read the first prompt. You don't have to write anything. Just sitting with the question is the first move.
If words feel too much, watch a Journal Video instead. They're short, undramatic, and made for the ten minutes before bed when your head won't switch off.
If you need language for what's actually going on, the Feelings Library gives you plain-English names for the states men most often carry. Naming a thing is often the first act of shrinking it.
If you want a longer read, the Evergreen Guides go deep on the topics that come up again and again in our men's circles — grief, shame, fatherhood, anger, loneliness, purpose.

We only count what we can verify. No invented testimonials, no growth-chart vanity numbers. When men share their words with consent, they show up here.
MENd Together is a Community Interest Company. Every donation helps fund free groups, peer support and outreach across Kent.
